Vision

Use education as a ladder out of poverty. Our action will offer the underprivileged children and youth of Madagascar a head start. And step by step, they will climb the ladder to the life they did or did not dare to dream of.

Mission statement

Develop a training portfolio that suits the educational need of underprivileged children and youth, with local graduates and university students.
Provide education to unschooled Malagasy children and youth, through our volunteer-based program and encourage children to return to school, through our sponsor-based program.
Promote underprivileged youth's access to work environment through professionnal training, shadowing programs and internship.

Our

History

Miahy For Madagascar is a nonprofit organization which aims to promote access to education to the underprivileged kids and youth of Madagascar. It was founded in December 2018 in Canada by 2 Malagasy youth eager to give back to their community.

Miahy For Madagascar was officially formed in March 2019, in Madagascar. Our focus is on rural areas, where access to education is even more problematic.

Our volunteer based programs go from early education to youth training workshop... making a difference, one place at a time, one child at a time!
